That's messed up. You should get extra marks for typing it up. Go to the Dean if she's a bitch about it? At the very least, you could give her a bad prof evaluation. I've heard somewhere that prof salaries are partially based on those. It gives me a small sense of satisfaction to believe that.
Confront her first. Then, if it still isn't resolved, go to the professor, and let him/her know that one of his/her TAs is acting unprofessionally. If that doesn't do it, set up an appointment with the departmental chair. There's also the university ombudsman.
The institution does have measures of recourse in place for students who feel they've been mistreated. No need to feel powerless. Angry, yes. Powerless, no.
