a jaded Valentine
i've had some interesting past 5 days, thank you Cupid!! chuckles
thursday morning my boss arrived with a pretty red dressy shirt for me, she had been asking what i was gonna wear for my VDay dates, shes such a great boss, i am lucky to have such a good friend,
then thursday evening i met a g/f from work for a Church singles night mixer, good food and entertainment, very relaxing, im glad i went,
when i got home there was a yellow rose stuck in my door, oh ,my!!!
friday was a relaxing evening home,
saturday i had a dinner date with EMS/EMT guy, nice guy, very vanilla, but sweet, he brought me flowers, a card and a stuffed puppy, we ate at Carinos, after talking during the meal, i realized he is/was getting way too serious, he then asked if i wanted to go anywhere after, i declined and he took me home, we talked alot more and he decided we wouldnt date anymore, as he is a jealous type and wants to get serious and even tho i do, i know he isnt the one, so i told him i was to still see others, so off he went. oh well, im ok with this.
So i am sitting there at 7:30 pm, on VDay and phone rings, a guy(sexy as hell)i dated early summer asks if i wanna go to a hot tub party? grins,,,uhmm, sure, we had stopped dating cuz he was too serious after 3 dates,,,,but several people were going together and i accepted,,,,i got a bottle of wine and a rose too!!! and the attention, can we say WOW!!!
i had a great time, met a couple(from SA) i had met a few yrs ago at a party up in austin, they recognized me, it was fun talkin to them and makin more friends, amazingly other folks at the party are into the lifestyle, overlappin, Poly, BDSM and Swinging,,,,so there just MAY be hope for a wee bit of the lifestyle in Victoria!!! i am excited to say the least!!
and Mr Sexy Guy, well lets just say i think he was very excited to see me again, we had a great time,,,he put SEVERAL smiles on my face. i think we will see each other again.
Sunday was a very restful day, i did alot of sleeping as i didnt get to bed till 3:30 AM sat/sun
Monday am i arrived at work as usual at usual time, did all the regulAR setting up for brkfst and guiding ladies where they needed to go and do, phone rang and BAM!!!!
i am on my first run to sub for a mgr at another school! oh my goodness,,,,
off i go, show up, grandboss is there to introduce me to the 3 lady workers and settle me in, ok, nice to meet ya ladies, 1 i knew,they were all very nice, i asked what i was to do(what their mgr does) they looked at me oddly and said nothing, all she does is cashier, HUH?
i thought they were teasing me, nope. said she sits at her desk and does paperwork all day,,or runs errands.
interesting,,,,,very, very, interesting.
as my mgr,other mgrs,my grandboss and several other higher up s ALWAYS help out, granted i know there are sittin on their asses types in all jobs, but damn, not helping at all? jeesh
so i cleaned and organized her pantry, did the cashiering and read the paper, chuckles, did get to go home early,
so its been a cool coupla days, hows your life?
