I voted 7-8, because that's what's it's been since having Miss E (dealing with drop-off at daycare, riding my bike at lunch to visit, and often picking up due to nursing). There are days I put in substantially more and R picks up more child care.
Before kids I would have said 8-10, certainly no less than 8. I'll be heading back to 8-9 as the girls get older, I hope.
Feel a touch guilty about a 7 hr day, but that's just the reality right now. I try to be as amazingly efficient as I can during that time, though.
That's a tough one, because the right answer is 7-9; I average 8 (I have to, we have a timecard system), but I often end up working a couple of 7 1/2 hour days and one 9 hour day to make up for it.
