Anyway, second week of classes and I've already formed opinions on most of them.

Dumbed down Calculus - I'm ashamed to be taking this class. Which is why I'm trying to get out of having to take it for my divisional requirement. I have to get the school to take my AP

It's not the material, just the structure of the class that doesn't appeal to me. The lectures actually sound interesting, it's the articles I don't want to deal with right now. I actually dropped the class in favor of another psych course, to give the profs time to get their shit together.

But yeah, I'm starting to wonder if I would enjoy linguistics more.

good song choice m'dear. i also support the linguistics major/minor, as various of my friends and loved ones here at vassar have either created their own major focused on linguistics, or are working on linguistics as a field within a multi-disciplinary major. so i know lots of people who are doing it and really enjoy it.
