I didn't quite realize how long it had been since I last updated. Hmm. Anyway, my trip home for spring break was rather, well hellish, and I had to share it with someone.

UCF, as far as I can tell, is the kind of place where you can find good things, but only if you're looking hard and know what you're looking for - a casual glance reveals only frats and harried second-rate professors. As you're anything but casual about school, it could work out well.

That may be true, but big schools like that are also a lot different as far as graduate programs are concerned. At least, as far as I can tell.

The greater resources for research was actually one thing I liked about the idea. Something like: "Ooh, think of how many people I will be able to experiment on..."
