I get that vertigo thing on and off too. Have you been sleeping enough or been stressed or worn out or any of that? That's the reason I get it a lot (so my doctor says). Other than that, not eating enough can cause it and I dunno, it just happens for no damn reason.

Its normally fluid in the ear canal that throws your equilibrium off, and you end up with a dizzy feeling, or even headaches. a girl at my school was told to take a week off school and work and stay home for much needed rest by her doctor.
