Don't beat yourself up, no one deserves loneliness. I guess I can't speak for the others, but I've been dropped more than the others combined and I'm still here and doin plenty fine, with no grudge whatsoever :)

It's not so much being selfish... as it is acting in what you thought were your best interests. How can you be faulted for that?
