Today I am going to fire someone. Well actually their manager fires them, I just get to sit there and pick up the aftermath and walk it to the door. I'm actually pretty nervous about doing this- I know it is part of the job but it seems so harsh as well. I am the queen of wanting happily ever afters and I suppose terminations are just too not
