Saw the place for the first time.

Well, Adrian and I got to see the place we are renting. I like it. It can use some work but the location and building has lots of opportunities. The animals seem friendly and our cat will love it. The rooms are normal size but shorter than normal. It will work out. We'll get some of our rent off by fixing it up with the land lord. Anyway it is 130
