[DISC] YunJae Everlasting

YunJae Everlasting was created 3 years ago after much discussion from ~YunJae Heaven~ topic in Asianfanatics forum (which was created by Callie or now known as ebulli3nt at flight seventeen.
After a year, YunJae Everlasting was handed down from Genna (amazing creator of Yunho-shii and Xiah-shii forums) to jaeholic and myself, lilxinyue. You could say our attempts were somewhat futile--many fans who found out about yunjae everlasting then either didn't know how to use a forum or just weren't appealed to a forum over all. We tried to change tactics, get things going, but even then things didn't seem to work.
Today, the forum is kind of left in my hands. From yunjaeeverlasting.com to yjeverlasting.com--I honestly don't think I want to go down the road of another fail!forum again. I know many are participating the return of yjeverlasting after it disappeared way back in July. We were working hard, building it up again, and even going as far as trying to think of ways to get it going, but then we fell into a slump. And after long discussions, decisions, and thoughts--and advice from moon1084 , why not let the fans decide what they would like to see instead of us using our dying brain cells to figure out what they want?
We're not exclusive like YJPetch, able to give awesome packages and gifts like YoonJaeloveBar, or even be able to give to charity like YunJaeLove forums- we're just YJeverlasting, a forum for international fans. We try to be like them, but we're not. We can't give you exclusive news, be able to give a collection of photos with our own logo, we can't do much at all actually. The best we can do is majorly try to clarify rumors, take past photos/news/rumors and give you a deeper insight of who and what YunJae is and how this fandom came to be.
We've tried the forum route many times, but after doing forums for awhile, it just doesn't seem to work out much. We have ljers who aren't used to forums- we have fans who don't even know what yje is. I want YJeverlasting to be one of those places where fans can turn to, especially international fans who support YunJae--we all need a place right?
You can say this is a way of me trying to keep YJE alive, and I'm not going to lie, I am. YJeverlasting has this chain on me--I love the place that it has created for me...I want to be able to share it with you, but I need your opinion and ideas to make it work. I'd like for you to participate in creating a place that is meant for you as international fans. Feel free to comment with ideas/opinions and also answer our poll!

EDIT: If we do make a community here on Livejournal, I do have to say wouldn't it quite rival jaeho_yongwonhi which already acts as YJEverlasting that is located within Livejournal?
EDIT 2: Despite support for yje becoming a community on livejournal, we felt that jaeho_yongwonhi is already a representative of that and will continue to be a representative of that. therefore we've agreed on opening YJeverlasting as a website/blog. Please do look out for it :) to soon be near you (2010-2011?)
