Question: Do you know of the CD ONLY and CD+DVD version have different booklets? Or is it all the same just different covers?

As far as I know, they're same? Only the cover is different >.< I think the 2CD+2DVD booklet has more pictures :)

The CD+DVD edition has different pictures than the 2CD+2DVD and not as many. But still amazing (as always)
