Seoul Trip 2011
Please note that there will be alot of spazzy, caps-worthy moment in this journal entry, because i simply cannot contain my excitement.
There are bound to be hell lots of spelling and grammatical error and i really cant be bothered to check it, because it's too long.

DAY 1
The past 4 years, I’ve been waiting and saving, waiting and saving for this time, 30th December 2011. This very day I was up pretty early to prepare myself. The day has finally come, I thought to myself when I woke up. “I’M FINALLY GETTING MY BUTT TO KOREA!!” Shouting in my head all the time. I was actually a lil sick that day, but I couldn’t be bothered, since nothing could express how excited I was! Left for the airport around 1plus, had lunch with my parents and waited for Sam to reach.
Waved goodbye to my mom with smiles and check in around 3 plus close to 4. Our flight was only at 6.30pm, so we pretty much had a couple of hours to do nothing. We slacked and slacked, and slacked even more till it was about time to board.
Since we were taking budget airline, so we had to transit in Malaysia, KL. In KL, it was another few hours of waiting before we could board the plane heading for Seoul! It was close to midnight when we boarded the plane. Had our meals on the plane and slept through the flight. I didn’t really sleep well since my nose was being a cockblock.
6am! The flight attendant announced that we were about to land. I looked out of the plane’s window, to see the beautiful night lights of Seoul greeting me. I was instantly filled with emotions. I am finally here after 4 years ;______;
Sam being the growing up teenager, was hungry by the time we landed, so we settled for something international, Macdonald’s breakfast. As she queued up, Macdonald started playing Infinite’s Paradise and I’m like, “This is a good start“ Rofl. By 8am we were almost done with breakfast, but we had to wait till like 9am for the post office to open and send Dongwoo’s Birthday Project.
When we were at the post office, we were totally lost at how Korea post works. We stood there blankly for like a good few minutes, before approaching the staff. The staff knew we were foreigners and tried to speak in English, but failed. So he decided to just speak in Korean WITH hand gestures all over. We were like dude, we actually could understand him a little. After much struggling with the post office, we managed to send out Dongwoo’s gifts.
We stayed at the airport for awhile for god knows what reason. I remember I went out of the airport for a while to feel the weather of Korea. And dayummm, it is COLD and DIFFERENT from Singapore’s. 4 degree that morning. I was just wearing a sweater and a jacket. There was fog forming whenever I breathe out. Something I’ll never see in Singapore :c
Around 10am, we headed to Kim’s Guesthouse at Hapjeong. It was a 40mins ride. I was too tired to actually look at the surroundings, so I kinda slept through. When the bus dropped us off at the stop, we looked like complete aliens, and people around us were staring at us with our hugeass luggage T_T Now, we had to find our way to the guesthouse with just a map. Being a geography student, I tried to interpret the map, but failed badly, so we kinda end up walking the opposite direction at first. The wind was blowing at our faces, both of us were screaming cold T___T We pulled our heavy luggage back to the backstop and try to figure out the right way. Finally after like 5mins, we spotted a familiar building and walk towards it. The walk to guesthouse was painstakingly long. The wind wasn’t really helping too.
Checked in the guesthouse about 12pm, settled down and all. I took a 2 hour nap since I was having a fever after not sleeping well T_T It wasn’t nice to start off my first day in Korea, sick. It got worst over the next 2 days, I thought I would die.
About 3pm, we went out to familiarize ourselves with the place. I had to buy albums for my friends, and also hoping to enter myself into 1 of Apink’s fansign. We head all the way down to ilsan which is like all the way at the west side of Korea. It was nearly an hour journey. We tried to find Synnara outlet but couldn’t T____T Should have done more research before coming. But well, we managed to find MBC Dream Centre, where they record Music Core ;) We walked around the area for a lil while more before getting dinner. Didn’t really eat much that day since I wasn’t well :(
Headed back to the guesthouse around 8plus.
Day 2
We woke up around 7plus, got ready and head out to KBS hoping to see someone entering the building. But apparently we went to the wrong KBS building since there were 2 KBS building in Yeouido ): On our way we managed to see some filming going on, but we have no idea who, so we just walked pass it. Had our breakfast at Paris Baguette Café. Hot choco’s the way to warm yourself.
After walking around Yeouido, we decided to search for Infinite’s dorm at Mangwon-dong. Oh God, its like searching for a needle in an ocean T__T We walked everywhere around Mangwon-dong, but somehow we cant seem to find the condo that they stay in. We found this playground and decided to rest for a while around that area. It seems like Infinite went there to film birth of a family. the playground seen in Episode 5 of BOAF.
The amount of walking was no kid, plus the cold weather. I thought my fingers were gonna fall off. Finally, I saw this familiar condo, ahead of us. Walking closer to it, the ground level of the condo looked really familiar to me, I thought. I’ve seen it somewhere before. It hit me that this place was where they filmed the start of Birth of a Family episode 2!!! Me and sam were so thrilled sdfjhdkjsfhk After so much walking, we found their dorm!!! But a pity they were flying off for Japan T___T
It was already 1plus when we found infinite’s dorm. Headed down to Myeongdong to shop. Apparently Myeongdong is like cosmetics heaven. Every street I walked would have a faceshop, skinfood, tony moly, etc…. So in 1 area, there’s actually 48957934 of the same shop T___T Went to SPAO and bought myself hyoyeon’s 922 cap, and Jae’s 418(Jessica’s cap). Didn’t really buy much of other stuff except stuffs for my friends.
Headed back to the guesthouse to rest for awhile before going out in the evening to Mokdong to meet Alexis and hopefully catch a glimpse of Apink! Bought a few. albums from hottracks. It feels good to buy albums without having to pay for shipping fees. We lurked around YB Bookstore waiting for Apink to arrive. Sadly the fansign was inside some function room, so we were not able to see how the place was like. Around 8 plus, we saw Alexis and the other apink fans. Most of apink fans were guys, saw some samchon as well OTL but well it was expected. Moments later, we heard some commotions going on, and before we knew Apink was already walking into the room. Didn’t manage to take any pictures cos the security was pretty tight, but managed to see the girls’ side profile ;______; Loitered around the area for a while waiting for Alexis to come out. The moment she came out, she was actually shivering, not too long she started crying. Her emotions for Apink and Namjoo. The members have such nice and cute signatures. Namjoo wrote thank you very much on Alexis album d’awwww. We talked a little while more before she went off with her family. Now its just me and sam again for dinner. It was drizzling on our way back, so it was really COLD T__T
By the time we’re back at the guesthouse it was already close to 11~ That was really a long day. Had to rest early since we’re going for music core the next day.
DAY 3
Woke up especially early at 6am, since we had to be at ilsan by 7. However we only left the house around 6.30 OTL. We arrived at MBC Dream Centre around 8. We saw this long queue of fangirls for Trouble Maker’s pre-recording. It was their comeback stage that day I believe. As we walked past them, they kinda stared at us like we’re gonna cut their queues or something. We couldn’t find any Apink signs :( Loitered around the area till about 9 plus before going back to MBC Dream Centre. The toilets in MBC Dream Centre are really high-tech? There were like fuckload of buttons for God knows what it will do. And the seats were warm!!! LMFAO. There was a Coffee Prince café within the building. Sips on hot caramel macchiato while waiting for the fanstaff to appear.
Around noon, there was this group of people moving outside to queue, we thought it was for apink, so went out to check. It happened to be for SNSD. There were fuck load of sones which I didn’t expect. Because I remembered clearly soshi’s schedule didn’t had music core performance that day. So I naively thought the fans were queuing for MC Yulti. We stayed outside the cold for another 1.5 hours before the fanstaff for Apink came. She was really tall and nice, bought the apink slogan. A while later we were led into the hall to watch their pre-record performance. We had to watch a few other groups pre-record before Apink’s turn. M-Signal was the first, Sam beside me was freaking out, not something you’ll see from that stone face of her everyday, it was refreshing to see her getting all spazzy over oppars lmfao. There was another group, and then finally we saw apink backstage getting ready. They waved at the fans, and HOMFG the male fans went berserk, their screams were like LOUD. There were only about 2 row of fans, which is like around 20 plus fans present. But dude, the fanchants were as if 100plus fans. Geez. Apink pre-recorded twice. Ahhhh the girls were really pretty and friendly. They kept waving and bowing to fans whenever they called out their names.
After the pre-recording was done, we were led out again. There were like many fans in lines, we were all confused since we thought we were only gonna watch Apink’s performance. But it seems like we were able to watch the whole Live performance as well. We waited for quite some time. During this time, the no. of Sones were insanely a lot to be true just for YulTi. I told Sam and Alexis it was impossible for snsd to perform since it wasn’t in their schedule. “ I WILL DIE IF IF SOSHI IS PERFORMING”.
Around 3.40pm, all of were led in to the hall again. While we were entering the hall, Wonder Girls were in the midst pre-recording, so we kinda witness a lil of their stage. Bammmmmffff I saw yulti MCing at the side stage, and I freaked out? LIKE DKSFHKDJSHFKS OMFG FREAKED OUT. I AM WATCHING YULTI LIVE I MUST BE DREAMING, THIS ISNT TRUE. /DIESSSSS/ I was so engrossed looking at Yulti, I didn’t even notice who was on stage after Wonder Girls left. I looked to the stage and saw this freaking familiar white and brown skirt outfit, and I went this looked too damn familiar. I saw 7 female figures on stage and suddenly THE WHOLE WORLD BECAME CLEAR. I SAW JESSICA, AND I SAW SNSD ON STAGE. I FREAKED OUT EVEN MORE LIKE DSFJHJKDSHFKDJSFHDKJSFHDJKSFHDJKSHFDJKSFNHDJKSFHDJKS AHHHHHHH I CUOLDNT BELIEVE MY EYES?!?!?!?!? They were wearing the boys outfit. I went like “ GOD YOU MUST BE KIDDING ME, AM I WITNESSING THE BOYS BEFORE SG CONCERT? OMFG.” I NEARLY DIED. Yulti then went on stage with their MC Outfit to join in the “pre-record” I asked Sam to take a fancam of their rehearsal. Ahhhhhhhhhh. Since it was rehearsal only, the girls weren’t really prepared yet. But omfg I get to watched SNSD screwing up some part of their performance AHHHHH NOTHING ELSE MATTERS Y’ALL. After that it was the Live performance, we got to watch all the performance, even Hyunseung and Hyunah’s comeback stage for Trouble Maker :O God, hyunseung has some cool moves, and his fanservice was awesome. All the fans beside me were trouble maker fans, and they went crazy geeez. Apink came out, and the fanchants got some sone to turn back and look, cos it was that loud even though we were at the back. It was a pity we couldn’t see T-ara :( Watched WG performed again. The last performance was by SNSD again. YOU GUYS MY LIFE IS FUCKING COMPLETE. LIVE PERFORMANCE WAS MIND BLOWING. Even though they were like tiny. But still djksfhkdsjfhdsjkfhks I LOVE SNSD AHHH. GOD HAS BEEN SOOOO GOOD TO ME. /CRIES AN OCEAN/ The fanchants were superbly LOUD. I love ksones<3333 I was so overwhelmed by everything that happened that day. It was a miracle, I must have accumulated good karma to watch Yulti Mcing live, and watch the boys live on a music programme T______________________T
Anyway after music core ended, we went to grab some dinner at some western café. Holy shiat, their pasta SUCK so badly I wanted to die. Even pasta mania tasted better than that, and cheaper :c However it didn’t felt that bad, since I was too overwhelmed by everything, by SNSD, everything tasted okay~~~~ Brave through the cold and back to guesthouse.
3RD DECEMBER 2011. BEST FUCKING DAY EVER.
Never did I expect another day to be as epic as this. This trip was worthwhile the moment I SNSD right before my eyes.
DAY 4
The past 3 days we woke up pretty early, so we kinda slept a lil later that day like around 11am, when Alexis mother came and woke us up, because Alexis couldn’t find the way to the guesthouse, so we went to pick her up.
It wasn’t really a productive day. We went out to Hongdae around 2pm, to eat in this eatery that sells ULTIMATE spicy ramen. I thought my tongue was gonna burn off. It was that spicy, mind you T_T
Went to the yogurt shop which had T-ara picture in it. The place was pretty cool and nicely decorated. Every café is actually nicely furnished; it makes the whole eating experience enjoyable.
We walked around the streets of Hongdae and the people around there looked the same to me in my honest opinion. All of them had the same hair, fringe, thick make up and look. The guys were as vain as the girls. Everything was about image. It made us look like some pauper :c

While we were walking, we bump into this couple asking for directions. They thought we were Koreans, so it was pretty funny how they struggled to communicate with us in Korean, and when we told them we were foreigners as well, they were shocked and relived. They happen to be Singaporeans too, so much of a coincidence huh.
Went to Sinchon for I don’t know what reason. That night was really cold, and I was wearing 2 layers only :( We tried the street food, and omg it was the best damn thing anyone can eat, other than barbeque meat. The warm soup was something we all needed in that freezing weather. The fried potato was awesome. Eating ddeobokki never felt that good before when I was in Singapore. The Ahjumma was really nice, she allowed me to take a picture of her ;______;
Since we didn’t had anything to do, we headed back to rest early. That day, at our room, all of us were talking about how our lives are complete, having to see our biases T____T and that we’re left with 1 common bias that we have yet to see, Infinite! We were all starting to lose hope whether we could actually really see them, since we don’t really have a lot of days left in Korea.
Out of nowhere, Alexis just started spazzing, me and sam were left confused. It was later we knew that Infinite had schedules on Tuesday, some music show recording at somewhere really far off from Seoul T___T Initially we had plans to go Lotte world on Tuesday, but looks like we have to cancel it.
DAY 5
Initially we were suppose to shop at Dongdaemun, but before going I went to check, and its usually closed on Mondays, so we had to change our plans. We end up going to Lotte World. It was an hour ride from Hapjeong to Lotte World.
Basically I don’t understand why would anyone have outdoor rides during winter, especially with all the swings and drops, and why would anyone even take it. Yes, I am one of them that took those rides during a freaking winter season. I must have love woohyun too much that I’m turning insane. We spent more time queuing than taking the rides. The first ride we took was the Gyro swing, something like a pirate ship, just that it turns. Everything about this ride isn’t scary, but the wind blowing against my face was unbearable….. each time it drops I could feel ice cubes forming on my cheeks T____T
The next ride was the Gyro drop. The one that goes all the way up, and leave you hanging there on the verge of death thinking when it will drop. It was pretty fun looking at it going higher and higher, but when it reaches the top and stop for a few second. I could feel like my heart just stopped beating as well. I’m not someone who is afraid of heights, but I don’t actually fancy the suspense, not knowing when I’ll fall to death. That few seconds of waiting at the air was torture. And booooom it dropped, my butt lifted off the seats, I thought I’m gonna die in another country, in an amusement park. I had all my 21 years of life flashing past my head!! Before I was done thinking about my last words, we reached the bottom, alive in one piece ^_^ I think half my life was up in the air floating around and didn’t come back down to reunite with the body.
The last outdoor ride we took was Atlantis ride, it’s a mini roller-coaster. The wait was long, but the ride was pretty fun. It’s not really that scary compared to USS. But yeah the wind blowing in your face made everything horrible T___T
Ate some snacks before going entering lotte world for some indoor rides. We took the pirate ship, and seriously it was boring T___T
We head to Myeongdong once again after Lotte world, because Alexis mom had to buy make up stuffs for her friends. Her mom really bought a lot OTL. I managed to buy a leopard print bag for about 11SGD. Yes leopard print, don’t judge me. I couldn’t resist it.
Had barbeque meat for dinner near our guesthouse. It was good.
DAY 6
Day 6, Tuesday! Initially we were planning on going red carpet, since Infinite had schedule that day, but all of us work up late, so we had to give it a miss.
We woke up and washed up about noon. By the time we had our breakfast and ready to leave for Hanam Arts Centre, it was already 2. By the time we reach Hanam arts centre it was already 3.15pm. We had to cab from the sub way station to the place since we weren’t sure of where exactly it is, and which buses go there.
When we reached the place, we could see fangirls all over the place. There was this particular place with railings and we could see the parking lot for celebrities vans and sort.
We waited there, hoping to see Infinite. Vans came in one by one, idol groups came out one by one from the vans, but I could barely recognise anyone of them since they were all rookie groups. But there was this guy that had his hair tied up, and he looked really good. I didn’t know his name, but damn he was good looking. Soon enough a van came, finally someone I knew stepped out. It was T-ara, oh god they were so gorgeous in real life? *_____*
There was this really hilarious incident with Double A. I was sitting down facing a building while the rest of the fangirls were looking towards the carpark waiting for idols to come. I spotted a group of boys inside the building looking towards my area or the whr the fangirls were. I didn’t know who they were and thought they were staffs, so I didn’t bothered much. They kept looking down, and I had a few eye contacts with them and I was wondering who the fuck are they, why are the staffs not working, one of them even pointed at me. Why are they so free standing there laughing at fan girls. But then they were wearing purple fanciful outfits, it was a lil weird for staffs to wear such things. They kept staring at me, in hopes I’d actually make some noise and erm get attention from the rest to look up. I asked Alexis and Sam to look up, they did, but the 3 of us didn’t know who they were, so they turned their heads around and ignored the group of boys looking down at us. Suddenly the fangirls beside us started screaming kim-chi oppar, blablablabla oppar, and then we realized they were idols…. Double A. They started giving fan servicing. The 3 of us just lolled at the most awkward situation ever. Idols giving us fanservice but we blatantly ignored them. I am sorry Double A.
We didn’t manage to wait for Infinite, because Sam and Alexis were freezing and getting hungry, so we went to grab a bite before heading to queue. To our horror there was actually a list where we need to write down our names, we all freaked out. There were like 100 over plus names before us. Then a closer look, it was actually for non-official inspirits. There were only 30 official inspirits name written on the list. Thank God for being official, and finally we could make use of our inspirit cards, after paying so much for it. During the name check, we had our names moved up all the way to like 14-16, since some of names weren’t official. We stood outside for quite sometime, before we could go in to the recording studio.
It took quite sometime settling down all the fans there, before the recording could start. Sunye and some actor guy was the MC. Sunye was so gorgeous ahhh~
The first performance was by T-ara!! Kdjfhdsjdsk Watching Cry Cry live before our eyes. I freaked out, not as much as SNSD but yeah. Jiyeon and Hyomin were so gorgeous I wanted to just run to the stage and hug them.
Saw a few other performers like Norazo, double A, X-cross, A-ble, New F.O, Rania, Wonder Girls, etc. Some of them even performed twice, because they were recording for 2 episodes straight. So it was free flow of performances.
M.I.B
There was a toilet break in between lol. We saw a no. of bazooka lens, so yeah we assumed that all the fansite unnirs were there. There was this one girl diagonally infront of us filming woohyun, and after looking through all the fancams of that day posted, from the angle and all. The one infront of us was honeytree!!! Ahhhh~ But I forgot how she looked like OTL. That isn’t the main point.
Infinite was the second last to perform, so we waited for rather a long time for them to come out. Finally I saw a few guys in suits walking out, and I didn’t realize who they were until Sam & Alexis told me it was infinite, I immediately sat up straight. I couldn’t believe my eyes. I’m actually seeing Infinite for real now.
It’s been almost a year plus since Kpop night in October 2010. I’m finally seeing them again. I’ve missed them so much. They came out bowing and waving to fans, throwing hearts everywhere before standing into their individual positions. The song started playing, and it didn’t sound like Be Mine or Paradise. I saw the background was a heart beating, I went O M F G, they are gonna perform tic toc, a song I nv expect to hear it live? Tic Toc right before my eyes, MY LIFE IS COMPLETE. Tic Toc Tic Toc Mi-chin-gon nan charming eyes. Dongwoo rapped this portion, my favourite part. Ahhhhh nothing else matters. All of them were so good looking real life, but my eyes were stucked to Dongwoo and Woohyun that day. Sunggyu was really charming ahhh I wanted to die. Sungyeol is really tall. Myungsoo was good looking, but he didn’t really give me the “WOW” that I expected after looking at fansite pics. Fansite pictures made him look all godly and high up, but he was very normal in real life. Hoya was a lil shorter than I expected. Sungjong was all smily. PERFECT, THEY WERE PERFECT :(
After tic toc, Be Mine started to play. I legit died on the spot, watching be mine life. I shouted the fanchant with all my heart, grabbing alexis beside me. I didn’t bother about Sam, since she was taking fancams. I managed to take like 100plus pics of infinite, but most of them were pretty derp, so I couldn’t post it up. I tried not to be bias, but half the time I was staring at Woohyun T____T I couldn’t believe my eyes right till when they were done performing and left the stage. Everything feels so surreal. When they were leaving the stage they waved good bye, woohyun and hoya kept throwing hearts. Jsdfhsdjkfhdksj I WITNESS INFINITE’S FANSERVICE KING, NAM WOOHYUN’S FANSERVICE LIVE!!!! What can get better than this.
When they were totally gone from the stage, I just laid back at my seat and just dazed out. I was in wonder land. This whole damn trip was worth while, and even more than I expected. I couldn’t focus on WG’s last performance, I was already in my own world.
When the whole recording ended, we wanted to cab back to the subway station, however there were no cabs at that hour. All 3 of us legit freaked out. 11pm, no cab, we’re stranded in some unfamiliar place out of seoul, in the cold. We thought we’re gonna die in this effing cold weather T___T So we headed out to the main road, but see no cab stand. And the buses headed no where. There was this cab waiting for the traffic light, we waved at him to come over, and thank god he did. While on the cab I kept looking through the pics I took, I literally burst shot. Every frame of their choreo was captured lol.
Other than seeing infinite, I couldn’t really remember what happened after that. I know I was already lying on my bed smiling to myself. I saw infinite, finally.
DAY 7
After recovering from my fangirl mode, finally we get to shop. I’ve been shopping for everyone else, except myself. I decided that whatever I bought today will be for myself.
We headed to dongdaemun around 2 plus. Went to 1 of the malls but didn’t really buy anything so we went to eat fried chicken~ yuuuummmm it was nice. Nicer than KFC that’s for sure.
The second mall we went was where I splurge whatever money I have on me. I bought like a $70 real leather back. How do I know it was real leather? Because the shop owner used a lighter and try to burn it, y’know life demonstration. Impulsively I bought it, now I’m kinda regretting it. I could save up that 70 for my next Korea trip :( Bought like 3 tops, 2 pair of jeans. My hands were full of shopping bags. It feels nice to just shop without worrying.
Headed back early to pack our luggage since it was our final night. I swear I nearly died trying to pack everything to my luggage after buying so much stuff. The room was in a mess I swear. After im done packing, my luggage felt like it was gonna explode, geeez.
DAY 8
Last day in Korea, before our flight at 12am. Infinite had a recording schedule that day too, and since we didn’t had any plans in the afternoon, we decided to go. Seeing infinite one last time before we fly back with horrible withdrawals. The recording was at JTBC building near City hall, it wasn’t that far off compared to hanam arts centre, so travelling wasn’t a problem. Name check starts at 12.30pm. We reach there at 12.30 as well, and the fanstaff were already starting with the name checks. We had our names written in the official list, but this time round there were like 60 plus official inspirits. The pre-recording was at 1.30, and live show was at 6 plus. We had to forgo the live show since we have a flight back, and well we don’t really wanna risk that. Even though I would love to stay in korea and be with infinite forever, but I don’t think that’s feasible as of now. Waited in the cold AGAIN, managed to pass our fan letters to the fanstaff. I hope they do read the letters, and know that we actually went through so much to see them. Hopefully they’ll be a lil touch and might consider coming to Singapore soon.
It was an hour plus of waiting before we could enter the hall. This time round the stage was especially nearer compared to hanam arts centre. Holy crap, it was like really near, people in the first row could like see all their flaws or whatsoever. You get what I mean…. The stage was SO CLOSE. After settling down the fans, we could hear like someone testing the mics. Jsfhdksjfhdjfhjks IT WAS INFINITE!!! They were doing mic test, and teasing the fans. Sunggyu started to sing Nothing’s Better, and Sungyeol and his crow version of Nothing’s Better. Everyone in the audience just went berserk.
The boys then slowly walked to the further end of the stage in their positions, waving and their usual fanservice. Woohyun then said something asking if fans were cold, the whole audience screamed yes. He said he was cold too….. Legit freaking out when I heard woohyun spoke. During Show K! music in hanam arts centre, they didn’t really talked much. But this time round woohyun and the members talked to the fans and im like FFFFFFUUUUUUUUU I LOVE YOU WOOHYUN, I LOVE YOU INFINITE. FOREVER LOVE.
Right, okay they were all ready set in their positions, and the music started to play. It was like some intro before Be Mine. Be Mine started playing half way and stopped during myungsoo’s second verse. He nearly banged into Dongwoo who was infront of him, and they hugged each other. Djkfhdksfhdskj MYUNGWOO INFRONT OF OUR EYES. LEGIT DIED. AHHH SCREAMS. EVERYONE SCREAMED. They headed back stage after the 1st recording for god knows what reason. Sunggyu then came out back to the stage and sat down. Woohyun joined him shortly, asking him some questions that I didn’t really get it. But after while sunggyu wanted to punch him. WOOOOGYUUUUUUUU HOLYSHIAT. MY OTP RIGHT INFRONT OF MY EYES. MY LIFE IS FUCKING OVER. NEVER DID I EXPECT TO SEE THEM LIKE THIS IN MA FACE. Awhile later, all the members were back to the stage, preparing for the 2nd recording. This time round it went smoothly with loud fanchants. After be mine ended, paradise started playing. CRAP, I’M ACTUALLY GOT WATCH PARADISE LIVE TOO. THIS IS CERTAINLY MORE THAN JUST AWESOME…..
I couldn’t really see woohyun because the cameraman was blocking my view. But dayummm sungyeol was really fucking good looking upclose? His height and all was perfect. Dongwoo was charming as hell, the world could melt before him. He was perfect. Hoya danced with all his might.
When the recording was done, they bowed and left the stage. While leavin they were throwing hearts everywhr. Dongwoo made eye contact with the pple in the first row T_____T Hoya was the tease really. When everyone left the stage, he was the only one left throwing hearts. And just when we thought he was about to go off, he came back again T___T Hoya waylt, have you become Woohyun…. Hobaby so precious~~~~~~ The whole performance and experience ended with a bang. Seeing infinite twice was something I nv expected. I went korea not expecting anything, but came back full of smiles. Thank you Infinite, thank you Soshi!! I really do love you 16 people only with all my heart.
So when the recording ended around 2 plus, me and sam were left hanging around doing nothing. We had about 10 hours to spare. We headed back to Mokdong to buy a few more albums, slack around awhile before heading back to the guesthouse at around 4 to 5pm.
Went to the airport around 7plus to have our dinner at macdonalds. Our first meal in korea was Macdonald, and so was our last.
Boarded the plane at 12am, seeing the plane take off, I was a lil sad, it will be quite some time before I’ll be back again.

DAY 1
The past 4 years, I’ve been waiting and saving, waiting and saving for this time, 30th December 2011. This very day I was up pretty early to prepare myself. The day has finally come, I thought to myself when I woke up. “I’M FINALLY GETTING MY BUTT TO KOREA!!” Shouting in my head all the time. I was actually a lil sick that day, but I couldn’t be bothered, since nothing could express how excited I was! Left for the airport around 1plus, had lunch with my parents and waited for Sam to reach.
Waved goodbye to my mom with smiles and check in around 3 plus close to 4. Our flight was only at 6.30pm, so we pretty much had a couple of hours to do nothing. We slacked and slacked, and slacked even more till it was about time to board.
Since we were taking budget airline, so we had to transit in Malaysia, KL. In KL, it was another few hours of waiting before we could board the plane heading for Seoul! It was close to midnight when we boarded the plane. Had our meals on the plane and slept through the flight. I didn’t really sleep well since my nose was being a cockblock.
6am! The flight attendant announced that we were about to land. I looked out of the plane’s window, to see the beautiful night lights of Seoul greeting me. I was instantly filled with emotions. I am finally here after 4 years ;______;
Sam being the growing up teenager, was hungry by the time we landed, so we settled for something international, Macdonald’s breakfast. As she queued up, Macdonald started playing Infinite’s Paradise and I’m like, “This is a good start“ Rofl. By 8am we were almost done with breakfast, but we had to wait till like 9am for the post office to open and send Dongwoo’s Birthday Project.
When we were at the post office, we were totally lost at how Korea post works. We stood there blankly for like a good few minutes, before approaching the staff. The staff knew we were foreigners and tried to speak in English, but failed. So he decided to just speak in Korean WITH hand gestures all over. We were like dude, we actually could understand him a little. After much struggling with the post office, we managed to send out Dongwoo’s gifts.
We stayed at the airport for awhile for god knows what reason. I remember I went out of the airport for a while to feel the weather of Korea. And dayummm, it is COLD and DIFFERENT from Singapore’s. 4 degree that morning. I was just wearing a sweater and a jacket. There was fog forming whenever I breathe out. Something I’ll never see in Singapore :c
Around 10am, we headed to Kim’s Guesthouse at Hapjeong. It was a 40mins ride. I was too tired to actually look at the surroundings, so I kinda slept through. When the bus dropped us off at the stop, we looked like complete aliens, and people around us were staring at us with our hugeass luggage T_T Now, we had to find our way to the guesthouse with just a map. Being a geography student, I tried to interpret the map, but failed badly, so we kinda end up walking the opposite direction at first. The wind was blowing at our faces, both of us were screaming cold T___T We pulled our heavy luggage back to the backstop and try to figure out the right way. Finally after like 5mins, we spotted a familiar building and walk towards it. The walk to guesthouse was painstakingly long. The wind wasn’t really helping too.
Checked in the guesthouse about 12pm, settled down and all. I took a 2 hour nap since I was having a fever after not sleeping well T_T It wasn’t nice to start off my first day in Korea, sick. It got worst over the next 2 days, I thought I would die.
About 3pm, we went out to familiarize ourselves with the place. I had to buy albums for my friends, and also hoping to enter myself into 1 of Apink’s fansign. We head all the way down to ilsan which is like all the way at the west side of Korea. It was nearly an hour journey. We tried to find Synnara outlet but couldn’t T____T Should have done more research before coming. But well, we managed to find MBC Dream Centre, where they record Music Core ;) We walked around the area for a lil while more before getting dinner. Didn’t really eat much that day since I wasn’t well :(
Headed back to the guesthouse around 8plus.
Day 2
We woke up around 7plus, got ready and head out to KBS hoping to see someone entering the building. But apparently we went to the wrong KBS building since there were 2 KBS building in Yeouido ): On our way we managed to see some filming going on, but we have no idea who, so we just walked pass it. Had our breakfast at Paris Baguette Café. Hot choco’s the way to warm yourself.
After walking around Yeouido, we decided to search for Infinite’s dorm at Mangwon-dong. Oh God, its like searching for a needle in an ocean T__T We walked everywhere around Mangwon-dong, but somehow we cant seem to find the condo that they stay in. We found this playground and decided to rest for a while around that area. It seems like Infinite went there to film birth of a family. the playground seen in Episode 5 of BOAF.
The amount of walking was no kid, plus the cold weather. I thought my fingers were gonna fall off. Finally, I saw this familiar condo, ahead of us. Walking closer to it, the ground level of the condo looked really familiar to me, I thought. I’ve seen it somewhere before. It hit me that this place was where they filmed the start of Birth of a Family episode 2!!! Me and sam were so thrilled sdfjhdkjsfhk After so much walking, we found their dorm!!! But a pity they were flying off for Japan T___T
It was already 1plus when we found infinite’s dorm. Headed down to Myeongdong to shop. Apparently Myeongdong is like cosmetics heaven. Every street I walked would have a faceshop, skinfood, tony moly, etc…. So in 1 area, there’s actually 48957934 of the same shop T___T Went to SPAO and bought myself hyoyeon’s 922 cap, and Jae’s 418(Jessica’s cap). Didn’t really buy much of other stuff except stuffs for my friends.
Headed back to the guesthouse to rest for awhile before going out in the evening to Mokdong to meet Alexis and hopefully catch a glimpse of Apink! Bought a few. albums from hottracks. It feels good to buy albums without having to pay for shipping fees. We lurked around YB Bookstore waiting for Apink to arrive. Sadly the fansign was inside some function room, so we were not able to see how the place was like. Around 8 plus, we saw Alexis and the other apink fans. Most of apink fans were guys, saw some samchon as well OTL but well it was expected. Moments later, we heard some commotions going on, and before we knew Apink was already walking into the room. Didn’t manage to take any pictures cos the security was pretty tight, but managed to see the girls’ side profile ;______; Loitered around the area for a while waiting for Alexis to come out. The moment she came out, she was actually shivering, not too long she started crying. Her emotions for Apink and Namjoo. The members have such nice and cute signatures. Namjoo wrote thank you very much on Alexis album d’awwww. We talked a little while more before she went off with her family. Now its just me and sam again for dinner. It was drizzling on our way back, so it was really COLD T__T
By the time we’re back at the guesthouse it was already close to 11~ That was really a long day. Had to rest early since we’re going for music core the next day.
DAY 3
Woke up especially early at 6am, since we had to be at ilsan by 7. However we only left the house around 6.30 OTL. We arrived at MBC Dream Centre around 8. We saw this long queue of fangirls for Trouble Maker’s pre-recording. It was their comeback stage that day I believe. As we walked past them, they kinda stared at us like we’re gonna cut their queues or something. We couldn’t find any Apink signs :( Loitered around the area till about 9 plus before going back to MBC Dream Centre. The toilets in MBC Dream Centre are really high-tech? There were like fuckload of buttons for God knows what it will do. And the seats were warm!!! LMFAO. There was a Coffee Prince café within the building. Sips on hot caramel macchiato while waiting for the fanstaff to appear.
Around noon, there was this group of people moving outside to queue, we thought it was for apink, so went out to check. It happened to be for SNSD. There were fuck load of sones which I didn’t expect. Because I remembered clearly soshi’s schedule didn’t had music core performance that day. So I naively thought the fans were queuing for MC Yulti. We stayed outside the cold for another 1.5 hours before the fanstaff for Apink came. She was really tall and nice, bought the apink slogan. A while later we were led into the hall to watch their pre-record performance. We had to watch a few other groups pre-record before Apink’s turn. M-Signal was the first, Sam beside me was freaking out, not something you’ll see from that stone face of her everyday, it was refreshing to see her getting all spazzy over oppars lmfao. There was another group, and then finally we saw apink backstage getting ready. They waved at the fans, and HOMFG the male fans went berserk, their screams were like LOUD. There were only about 2 row of fans, which is like around 20 plus fans present. But dude, the fanchants were as if 100plus fans. Geez. Apink pre-recorded twice. Ahhhh the girls were really pretty and friendly. They kept waving and bowing to fans whenever they called out their names.
After the pre-recording was done, we were led out again. There were like many fans in lines, we were all confused since we thought we were only gonna watch Apink’s performance. But it seems like we were able to watch the whole Live performance as well. We waited for quite some time. During this time, the no. of Sones were insanely a lot to be true just for YulTi. I told Sam and Alexis it was impossible for snsd to perform since it wasn’t in their schedule. “ I WILL DIE IF IF SOSHI IS PERFORMING”.
Around 3.40pm, all of were led in to the hall again. While we were entering the hall, Wonder Girls were in the midst pre-recording, so we kinda witness a lil of their stage. Bammmmmffff I saw yulti MCing at the side stage, and I freaked out? LIKE DKSFHKDJSHFKS OMFG FREAKED OUT. I AM WATCHING YULTI LIVE I MUST BE DREAMING, THIS ISNT TRUE. /DIESSSSS/ I was so engrossed looking at Yulti, I didn’t even notice who was on stage after Wonder Girls left. I looked to the stage and saw this freaking familiar white and brown skirt outfit, and I went this looked too damn familiar. I saw 7 female figures on stage and suddenly THE WHOLE WORLD BECAME CLEAR. I SAW JESSICA, AND I SAW SNSD ON STAGE. I FREAKED OUT EVEN MORE LIKE DSFJHJKDSHFKDJSFHDKJSFHDJKSFHDJKSHFDJKSFNHDJKSFHDJKS AHHHHHHH I CUOLDNT BELIEVE MY EYES?!?!?!?!? They were wearing the boys outfit. I went like “ GOD YOU MUST BE KIDDING ME, AM I WITNESSING THE BOYS BEFORE SG CONCERT? OMFG.” I NEARLY DIED. Yulti then went on stage with their MC Outfit to join in the “pre-record” I asked Sam to take a fancam of their rehearsal. Ahhhhhhhhhh. Since it was rehearsal only, the girls weren’t really prepared yet. But omfg I get to watched SNSD screwing up some part of their performance AHHHHH NOTHING ELSE MATTERS Y’ALL. After that it was the Live performance, we got to watch all the performance, even Hyunseung and Hyunah’s comeback stage for Trouble Maker :O God, hyunseung has some cool moves, and his fanservice was awesome. All the fans beside me were trouble maker fans, and they went crazy geeez. Apink came out, and the fanchants got some sone to turn back and look, cos it was that loud even though we were at the back. It was a pity we couldn’t see T-ara :( Watched WG performed again. The last performance was by SNSD again. YOU GUYS MY LIFE IS FUCKING COMPLETE. LIVE PERFORMANCE WAS MIND BLOWING. Even though they were like tiny. But still djksfhkdsjfhdsjkfhks I LOVE SNSD AHHH. GOD HAS BEEN SOOOO GOOD TO ME. /CRIES AN OCEAN/ The fanchants were superbly LOUD. I love ksones<3333 I was so overwhelmed by everything that happened that day. It was a miracle, I must have accumulated good karma to watch Yulti Mcing live, and watch the boys live on a music programme T______________________T
Anyway after music core ended, we went to grab some dinner at some western café. Holy shiat, their pasta SUCK so badly I wanted to die. Even pasta mania tasted better than that, and cheaper :c However it didn’t felt that bad, since I was too overwhelmed by everything, by SNSD, everything tasted okay~~~~ Brave through the cold and back to guesthouse.
3RD DECEMBER 2011. BEST FUCKING DAY EVER.
Never did I expect another day to be as epic as this. This trip was worthwhile the moment I SNSD right before my eyes.
DAY 4
The past 3 days we woke up pretty early, so we kinda slept a lil later that day like around 11am, when Alexis mother came and woke us up, because Alexis couldn’t find the way to the guesthouse, so we went to pick her up.
It wasn’t really a productive day. We went out to Hongdae around 2pm, to eat in this eatery that sells ULTIMATE spicy ramen. I thought my tongue was gonna burn off. It was that spicy, mind you T_T
Went to the yogurt shop which had T-ara picture in it. The place was pretty cool and nicely decorated. Every café is actually nicely furnished; it makes the whole eating experience enjoyable.
We walked around the streets of Hongdae and the people around there looked the same to me in my honest opinion. All of them had the same hair, fringe, thick make up and look. The guys were as vain as the girls. Everything was about image. It made us look like some pauper :c

While we were walking, we bump into this couple asking for directions. They thought we were Koreans, so it was pretty funny how they struggled to communicate with us in Korean, and when we told them we were foreigners as well, they were shocked and relived. They happen to be Singaporeans too, so much of a coincidence huh.
Went to Sinchon for I don’t know what reason. That night was really cold, and I was wearing 2 layers only :( We tried the street food, and omg it was the best damn thing anyone can eat, other than barbeque meat. The warm soup was something we all needed in that freezing weather. The fried potato was awesome. Eating ddeobokki never felt that good before when I was in Singapore. The Ahjumma was really nice, she allowed me to take a picture of her ;______;
Since we didn’t had anything to do, we headed back to rest early. That day, at our room, all of us were talking about how our lives are complete, having to see our biases T____T and that we’re left with 1 common bias that we have yet to see, Infinite! We were all starting to lose hope whether we could actually really see them, since we don’t really have a lot of days left in Korea.
Out of nowhere, Alexis just started spazzing, me and sam were left confused. It was later we knew that Infinite had schedules on Tuesday, some music show recording at somewhere really far off from Seoul T___T Initially we had plans to go Lotte world on Tuesday, but looks like we have to cancel it.
DAY 5
Initially we were suppose to shop at Dongdaemun, but before going I went to check, and its usually closed on Mondays, so we had to change our plans. We end up going to Lotte World. It was an hour ride from Hapjeong to Lotte World.
Basically I don’t understand why would anyone have outdoor rides during winter, especially with all the swings and drops, and why would anyone even take it. Yes, I am one of them that took those rides during a freaking winter season. I must have love woohyun too much that I’m turning insane. We spent more time queuing than taking the rides. The first ride we took was the Gyro swing, something like a pirate ship, just that it turns. Everything about this ride isn’t scary, but the wind blowing against my face was unbearable….. each time it drops I could feel ice cubes forming on my cheeks T____T
The next ride was the Gyro drop. The one that goes all the way up, and leave you hanging there on the verge of death thinking when it will drop. It was pretty fun looking at it going higher and higher, but when it reaches the top and stop for a few second. I could feel like my heart just stopped beating as well. I’m not someone who is afraid of heights, but I don’t actually fancy the suspense, not knowing when I’ll fall to death. That few seconds of waiting at the air was torture. And booooom it dropped, my butt lifted off the seats, I thought I’m gonna die in another country, in an amusement park. I had all my 21 years of life flashing past my head!! Before I was done thinking about my last words, we reached the bottom, alive in one piece ^_^ I think half my life was up in the air floating around and didn’t come back down to reunite with the body.
The last outdoor ride we took was Atlantis ride, it’s a mini roller-coaster. The wait was long, but the ride was pretty fun. It’s not really that scary compared to USS. But yeah the wind blowing in your face made everything horrible T___T
Ate some snacks before going entering lotte world for some indoor rides. We took the pirate ship, and seriously it was boring T___T
We head to Myeongdong once again after Lotte world, because Alexis mom had to buy make up stuffs for her friends. Her mom really bought a lot OTL. I managed to buy a leopard print bag for about 11SGD. Yes leopard print, don’t judge me. I couldn’t resist it.
Had barbeque meat for dinner near our guesthouse. It was good.
DAY 6
Day 6, Tuesday! Initially we were planning on going red carpet, since Infinite had schedule that day, but all of us work up late, so we had to give it a miss.
We woke up and washed up about noon. By the time we had our breakfast and ready to leave for Hanam Arts Centre, it was already 2. By the time we reach Hanam arts centre it was already 3.15pm. We had to cab from the sub way station to the place since we weren’t sure of where exactly it is, and which buses go there.
When we reached the place, we could see fangirls all over the place. There was this particular place with railings and we could see the parking lot for celebrities vans and sort.
We waited there, hoping to see Infinite. Vans came in one by one, idol groups came out one by one from the vans, but I could barely recognise anyone of them since they were all rookie groups. But there was this guy that had his hair tied up, and he looked really good. I didn’t know his name, but damn he was good looking. Soon enough a van came, finally someone I knew stepped out. It was T-ara, oh god they were so gorgeous in real life? *_____*
There was this really hilarious incident with Double A. I was sitting down facing a building while the rest of the fangirls were looking towards the carpark waiting for idols to come. I spotted a group of boys inside the building looking towards my area or the whr the fangirls were. I didn’t know who they were and thought they were staffs, so I didn’t bothered much. They kept looking down, and I had a few eye contacts with them and I was wondering who the fuck are they, why are the staffs not working, one of them even pointed at me. Why are they so free standing there laughing at fan girls. But then they were wearing purple fanciful outfits, it was a lil weird for staffs to wear such things. They kept staring at me, in hopes I’d actually make some noise and erm get attention from the rest to look up. I asked Alexis and Sam to look up, they did, but the 3 of us didn’t know who they were, so they turned their heads around and ignored the group of boys looking down at us. Suddenly the fangirls beside us started screaming kim-chi oppar, blablablabla oppar, and then we realized they were idols…. Double A. They started giving fan servicing. The 3 of us just lolled at the most awkward situation ever. Idols giving us fanservice but we blatantly ignored them. I am sorry Double A.
We didn’t manage to wait for Infinite, because Sam and Alexis were freezing and getting hungry, so we went to grab a bite before heading to queue. To our horror there was actually a list where we need to write down our names, we all freaked out. There were like 100 over plus names before us. Then a closer look, it was actually for non-official inspirits. There were only 30 official inspirits name written on the list. Thank God for being official, and finally we could make use of our inspirit cards, after paying so much for it. During the name check, we had our names moved up all the way to like 14-16, since some of names weren’t official. We stood outside for quite sometime, before we could go in to the recording studio.
It took quite sometime settling down all the fans there, before the recording could start. Sunye and some actor guy was the MC. Sunye was so gorgeous ahhh~
The first performance was by T-ara!! Kdjfhdsjdsk Watching Cry Cry live before our eyes. I freaked out, not as much as SNSD but yeah. Jiyeon and Hyomin were so gorgeous I wanted to just run to the stage and hug them.
Saw a few other performers like Norazo, double A, X-cross, A-ble, New F.O, Rania, Wonder Girls, etc. Some of them even performed twice, because they were recording for 2 episodes straight. So it was free flow of performances.
M.I.B
There was a toilet break in between lol. We saw a no. of bazooka lens, so yeah we assumed that all the fansite unnirs were there. There was this one girl diagonally infront of us filming woohyun, and after looking through all the fancams of that day posted, from the angle and all. The one infront of us was honeytree!!! Ahhhh~ But I forgot how she looked like OTL. That isn’t the main point.
Infinite was the second last to perform, so we waited for rather a long time for them to come out. Finally I saw a few guys in suits walking out, and I didn’t realize who they were until Sam & Alexis told me it was infinite, I immediately sat up straight. I couldn’t believe my eyes. I’m actually seeing Infinite for real now.
It’s been almost a year plus since Kpop night in October 2010. I’m finally seeing them again. I’ve missed them so much. They came out bowing and waving to fans, throwing hearts everywhere before standing into their individual positions. The song started playing, and it didn’t sound like Be Mine or Paradise. I saw the background was a heart beating, I went O M F G, they are gonna perform tic toc, a song I nv expect to hear it live? Tic Toc right before my eyes, MY LIFE IS COMPLETE. Tic Toc Tic Toc Mi-chin-gon nan charming eyes. Dongwoo rapped this portion, my favourite part. Ahhhhh nothing else matters. All of them were so good looking real life, but my eyes were stucked to Dongwoo and Woohyun that day. Sunggyu was really charming ahhh I wanted to die. Sungyeol is really tall. Myungsoo was good looking, but he didn’t really give me the “WOW” that I expected after looking at fansite pics. Fansite pictures made him look all godly and high up, but he was very normal in real life. Hoya was a lil shorter than I expected. Sungjong was all smily. PERFECT, THEY WERE PERFECT :(
After tic toc, Be Mine started to play. I legit died on the spot, watching be mine life. I shouted the fanchant with all my heart, grabbing alexis beside me. I didn’t bother about Sam, since she was taking fancams. I managed to take like 100plus pics of infinite, but most of them were pretty derp, so I couldn’t post it up. I tried not to be bias, but half the time I was staring at Woohyun T____T I couldn’t believe my eyes right till when they were done performing and left the stage. Everything feels so surreal. When they were leaving the stage they waved good bye, woohyun and hoya kept throwing hearts. Jsdfhsdjkfhdksj I WITNESS INFINITE’S FANSERVICE KING, NAM WOOHYUN’S FANSERVICE LIVE!!!! What can get better than this.
When they were totally gone from the stage, I just laid back at my seat and just dazed out. I was in wonder land. This whole damn trip was worth while, and even more than I expected. I couldn’t focus on WG’s last performance, I was already in my own world.
When the whole recording ended, we wanted to cab back to the subway station, however there were no cabs at that hour. All 3 of us legit freaked out. 11pm, no cab, we’re stranded in some unfamiliar place out of seoul, in the cold. We thought we’re gonna die in this effing cold weather T___T So we headed out to the main road, but see no cab stand. And the buses headed no where. There was this cab waiting for the traffic light, we waved at him to come over, and thank god he did. While on the cab I kept looking through the pics I took, I literally burst shot. Every frame of their choreo was captured lol.
Other than seeing infinite, I couldn’t really remember what happened after that. I know I was already lying on my bed smiling to myself. I saw infinite, finally.
DAY 7
After recovering from my fangirl mode, finally we get to shop. I’ve been shopping for everyone else, except myself. I decided that whatever I bought today will be for myself.
We headed to dongdaemun around 2 plus. Went to 1 of the malls but didn’t really buy anything so we went to eat fried chicken~ yuuuummmm it was nice. Nicer than KFC that’s for sure.
The second mall we went was where I splurge whatever money I have on me. I bought like a $70 real leather back. How do I know it was real leather? Because the shop owner used a lighter and try to burn it, y’know life demonstration. Impulsively I bought it, now I’m kinda regretting it. I could save up that 70 for my next Korea trip :( Bought like 3 tops, 2 pair of jeans. My hands were full of shopping bags. It feels nice to just shop without worrying.
Headed back early to pack our luggage since it was our final night. I swear I nearly died trying to pack everything to my luggage after buying so much stuff. The room was in a mess I swear. After im done packing, my luggage felt like it was gonna explode, geeez.
DAY 8
Last day in Korea, before our flight at 12am. Infinite had a recording schedule that day too, and since we didn’t had any plans in the afternoon, we decided to go. Seeing infinite one last time before we fly back with horrible withdrawals. The recording was at JTBC building near City hall, it wasn’t that far off compared to hanam arts centre, so travelling wasn’t a problem. Name check starts at 12.30pm. We reach there at 12.30 as well, and the fanstaff were already starting with the name checks. We had our names written in the official list, but this time round there were like 60 plus official inspirits. The pre-recording was at 1.30, and live show was at 6 plus. We had to forgo the live show since we have a flight back, and well we don’t really wanna risk that. Even though I would love to stay in korea and be with infinite forever, but I don’t think that’s feasible as of now. Waited in the cold AGAIN, managed to pass our fan letters to the fanstaff. I hope they do read the letters, and know that we actually went through so much to see them. Hopefully they’ll be a lil touch and might consider coming to Singapore soon.
It was an hour plus of waiting before we could enter the hall. This time round the stage was especially nearer compared to hanam arts centre. Holy crap, it was like really near, people in the first row could like see all their flaws or whatsoever. You get what I mean…. The stage was SO CLOSE. After settling down the fans, we could hear like someone testing the mics. Jsfhdksjfhdjfhjks IT WAS INFINITE!!! They were doing mic test, and teasing the fans. Sunggyu started to sing Nothing’s Better, and Sungyeol and his crow version of Nothing’s Better. Everyone in the audience just went berserk.
The boys then slowly walked to the further end of the stage in their positions, waving and their usual fanservice. Woohyun then said something asking if fans were cold, the whole audience screamed yes. He said he was cold too….. Legit freaking out when I heard woohyun spoke. During Show K! music in hanam arts centre, they didn’t really talked much. But this time round woohyun and the members talked to the fans and im like FFFFFFUUUUUUUUU I LOVE YOU WOOHYUN, I LOVE YOU INFINITE. FOREVER LOVE.
Right, okay they were all ready set in their positions, and the music started to play. It was like some intro before Be Mine. Be Mine started playing half way and stopped during myungsoo’s second verse. He nearly banged into Dongwoo who was infront of him, and they hugged each other. Djkfhdksfhdskj MYUNGWOO INFRONT OF OUR EYES. LEGIT DIED. AHHH SCREAMS. EVERYONE SCREAMED. They headed back stage after the 1st recording for god knows what reason. Sunggyu then came out back to the stage and sat down. Woohyun joined him shortly, asking him some questions that I didn’t really get it. But after while sunggyu wanted to punch him. WOOOOGYUUUUUUUU HOLYSHIAT. MY OTP RIGHT INFRONT OF MY EYES. MY LIFE IS FUCKING OVER. NEVER DID I EXPECT TO SEE THEM LIKE THIS IN MA FACE. Awhile later, all the members were back to the stage, preparing for the 2nd recording. This time round it went smoothly with loud fanchants. After be mine ended, paradise started playing. CRAP, I’M ACTUALLY GOT WATCH PARADISE LIVE TOO. THIS IS CERTAINLY MORE THAN JUST AWESOME…..
I couldn’t really see woohyun because the cameraman was blocking my view. But dayummm sungyeol was really fucking good looking upclose? His height and all was perfect. Dongwoo was charming as hell, the world could melt before him. He was perfect. Hoya danced with all his might.
When the recording was done, they bowed and left the stage. While leavin they were throwing hearts everywhr. Dongwoo made eye contact with the pple in the first row T_____T Hoya was the tease really. When everyone left the stage, he was the only one left throwing hearts. And just when we thought he was about to go off, he came back again T___T Hoya waylt, have you become Woohyun…. Hobaby so precious~~~~~~ The whole performance and experience ended with a bang. Seeing infinite twice was something I nv expected. I went korea not expecting anything, but came back full of smiles. Thank you Infinite, thank you Soshi!! I really do love you 16 people only with all my heart.
So when the recording ended around 2 plus, me and sam were left hanging around doing nothing. We had about 10 hours to spare. We headed back to Mokdong to buy a few more albums, slack around awhile before heading back to the guesthouse at around 4 to 5pm.
Went to the airport around 7plus to have our dinner at macdonalds. Our first meal in korea was Macdonald, and so was our last.
Boarded the plane at 12am, seeing the plane take off, I was a lil sad, it will be quite some time before I’ll be back again.
