Sometimes I wonder how anything happens in this country, I mean, there are so many rules and regulations and friking stupid guidelines it's a miracle things move at all. I'm all for safety rules and the like but sometimes

Proof that health and safety regulations can be more restricting than safe.

I've seen so many things being put off due to health and safety, and it just makes the problem worse.

Yep , that's exactly what both of the men said, and in the case of the sky dish it's going to make it more dangerous too. It's crazy
