I have been feeling pretty low recently and as a result my garden is looking a mess, grass uncut, borders full of weeds, vegetable garden a depressing mess ... but my azaleas, bless them, thrive on neglect and this year they have been particularly good.
Not only are they covered in flowers, they smell wonderful too.

Wow! Gorgeous azaleas! I don't know that I've seen many (if any) with that stunning gold color. Thanks for sharing the pics!

Thank you, the yellow azaleas are the species, Azalea Indica, the colour of the flower varies sligtly, we have a paler yellow one, but they all have fantastic sent, which the red one doesn't have.
