Amish Friendship Bread

Last week Nicole sent a ziploc bag home with Steve as a gift for me. Along with it was a description and a recipe--Amish Friendship Bread.

In the bag was sourdough starter. The idea is that you give this bag of starter to a friend. The instructions tell you when and how to feed the starter for so many days. When you are done, you end up with enough

And pfft... if I bake fresh bread, we blow through the whole loaf in a day normally :D
