I think I would kind of go with cracky/poignant. Jeannie works for the SGC, Rodney is a pianist. He has an aneurysm and he's declared brain dead, but Jeannie won't give up on him, and teams up with John to get Mer'deth into Rodney for some agreed-upon stretch of time, in exchange for Mer'deth healing Rodney.

Rodney is incredibly pissy once he's restored, not least because the universe is full of a ton of cool things that were kept secret from him by his own sister and he would've pursued physics instead of piano if he'd known.

And then... I dunno, maybe pianist Rodney and everything-else-genius Mer'deth end up meshing really well into Meredith Rodney McKay, and John falls in love.
