So some good news! I submitted a project to the ISTD (International Society of Typographic Designers) and I passed! So that makes me a fancy type nerd now ;-) As far as I know, I also get to go to an award ceremony next month, which will be awesome ( Read more... )

all the poster type *was* hand printed, I wrote that, although I realise there was a lot of text in my entry to begin with, haha! :-D

this is insanely beautiful, the type is so nicely set, it provokes the type nerd in me to come out.

this is seriously brilliant. design of it is of course great, but the message too. glad I found your LJ.

I have yet to see network. I've seen a few clips on youtube, the 'mad as hell' part was fantastic.

You should totally rent Network - it's a great film. To be honest I had never seen it until I began this project, and after seeing it I knew it was the perfect choice. It's total satire...it's actually quite funny!
