I can't imagine blogging for a company I didn't work for. And if I did work for the company, I can clearly imagine they would silence my every word, saying it is all sensitive behind-the-scenes information not for public consumption. I can also see some kid explaining to the CEO in near-baby talk what a "blog" is.
I guess it comes down to how much $$$. If it's an absurdly high amount, try to find some way to do it without completely selling yourself out. Who knows, you could discover a hidden talent for it and go one to become rish and famooooous!
I've done a bit of blogging for the local Children's Museum (be the mom who blogs about the museum) on a volunteer basis, but everything I write is completely yawn. A local parenting mag asked me to blog for them, for interesting single-mom perspective, but the "single" part of my thoughts (which is the part they want most) is not something I want people that see me in person (like my parents and the teenager I mentor and my customers and stuff) to read. I don't think anyone in the world knows everything about me the way my LJ friends genuinely do (and even though I've been away from LJ for years, you guys STILL know me better than anyone!).
Hey... its been a long time... and I have been ignoring LJ... how is motherhood for you? I imagine that you are having a wonderful time... so where did you move to anyway? I'm still here in Seattle, currently jobless and wondering about a career change.... Anyway... hope all is well...

Yes.. thats my youngest... he's growin up fast. He is actually older than that photo now... He's almost 8 yrs old now. Doing the math.... that would be a little less than two years from my trip to LA to meet up with you, kristi, mike, kristine. My life changed so drastically in less than two years from that visit...
