Had a bit of a stressful day yesderday as a one of my customers decided to cancel their new car order on me, as she felt I had 'messed her about'. She had been a funny cow from the start. I can honestly say, with my hand on my heart, I didnt do anything wrong, and if any thing did more for her than we needed to. Still no telling some people. Jon
