Does anyone know what kind of jobs exist for working with spirits? And more importantly, is finishing college important at all for those jobs?

And for the last time, 'hero of justice, like batman', is not actually a real job. You know who you are.

Humm, that's a good question...
I work with spirits outside of the Pro-League, but I don't actually get paid for it, since it's something I do in my free time. That is, unless someone insists on paying me and won't take no for an answer... I've had that happen a few times, it's kinda awkward.

I can imagine.

What do you do? So far it's just sounded like odd jobs.

Well my main goal is to strengthen the bonds between people and spirits, especially now they're living together with us here in Japan. Most spirits who come here just want a better life, get jobs, raise families, they're not much different to everyone else, so I like to make sure the spirits and people are living as comfortably together as they can.

The things I've done for this have included doing school talks, writing articles for magazines and stuff, dealing with the odd spirit that does cause trouble, try to help solve any kind of problems that may come up between spirits and people... I've occasionally traveled to other areas in Japan if something's come up that I feel needs my attention...
So, er, yeah, odd jobs! I've kinda become to go-to guy for this kinda stuff though! But anything is good if it helps people and spirits to learn and understand more about each other!

That's what I'm asking. I assume there must be.

I've honestly not heard of any...

I haven't either, but isn't that strange? You would think at least an embassy for various spirit worlds would be absolutely vital.

But it is a job!

Not one that pays.

Oh right. Japan still requires you to need money. Gottverdammte.

... I'm pretty sure everywhere still requires that.

I'd like to note that, no offense, most spirits are aware of how xenophobic Japan is. So, a fair number of spirits are in... basically, undercover. And they probably won't want to be "worked with".

Also, I would note technically, and this is obviously, the city frowns on vigilantes. Even well meaning ones.

I know. The ones saying it are about equivalent to five-year-olds.

The ones telling me I should be 'like Batman' are five-year-olds. Don't worry about it. I'm not stupid.
