gahh bestbuy T_____T *kicks them* i tried to exchang my mp3 cause it is messing up, and i can't do it without paying for the things i don't have anymore. aka the manual, more like 10 sheets of paper...and they want me to pay 20 doller! 20 dollers cause i don't have some paper!..rip off =P
