Craft projects

Alright, maybe somebody can help me. I can't knit or crochet or whatever (I don't know the difference) and I don't have much time for learning just yet. So, I'd like to have some pants made that I've been told could be either one. I've only really been able to find info on craftster.org, but I have no idea how to post there and no crafts to

Well, I want to get some pants...crocheted, I guess, it seems a little sturdier. I have two different pairs I'd like, and I could do a combination of trading and paying or whatever, depending on how much a person would charge. One would be a tri-colored yarn in pink, brown, and green (I dreamt it, but found that kind of yarn for real) and would be open...have holes and stuff. I'm planning on wearing thin plaid pants under it, no thicker than normal men's boxers. I could find the...stitch(?) pattern online, but I trust somebody else to know what would last longest and look coolest. The other would be closed stitch(?) and be in two different shades of blue, and this one is less important than the other.
