My doctor has put me on progesterone.  The application instructions are as follows:

"Use 1 applicatorful per vagina as directed"

Smart. This way they're not committing themselves to the expectation of you having only one vagina. Plus, the drug companies get to sell more if you use more doses for multiple vaginas.
