Wendy swore off Chrysler products because the salespeople at the local dealership treated her like she was a dumb girl instead of an actual client with money and everything.

Still, it sounds like your salesperson was... well, "Not everybody gets to be an astronaut."

I swore off VW (at least locally) for the same reason. The two younger salesmen spent the whole time talking to Eric as though I weren't standing there...even though it was going to be my car leased with my money, and I know more about cars than he does.
