Mira's inner editor cannot be tamed...

I like it, a lot. He's very real to me. He thinks in fragments, like I do, like a lot of people do, I am sure, and that makes him relate-able for me as a reader. I feel a little weird leaving editing notes on the comment page, maybe I'll send ya a Myspace message, even though you hate it and all.
I read it. I liked it. One of the ways (I believe) a writer knows if they've written something good is if they invoke emotion. This implies that the reader was hooked enough to feel something...and this made me feel unexpectedly uncomfortable, which is not a bad thing. I think because, 1.) I know there are pieces of you in this character, and you being my brother, I don't know if I want to know what those pieces are or not. 2.) As Mira said, he *is* very real, and it bothers me that he seems so comfortable with his life when I want to shove at him and say, "What the crap!? DO something! Don't be flippin' satisfied with this!"
No constructive criticism on the way it is written. If anything, it would be tiny nit-picky stuff that I'd find after going through it with a fine-toothed comb. As it stands, after I've read it once, 'twas good. :::thumbs up:::
