Nope. Flowers are going to help. And some neon signs would too. You know, nice and bright. Yellow's a good colour! And they should blink and say "Welcome to Haven, your home away from home!" Then more people could come and help with reconstruction and the city could look really nice.

Reconstruction doesn't mean blowing it all up. Some of us grew up in Haven and would like it if it seemed a little more like a home instead of some place where all of these wars came about in. I can't be the only one who feels that way.
