Ooooh, this is awesome! I've always loved the theme of the God of Death meeting the god of death, and you've done it beautifully.

Thank you very much! I love that theme too, almost as much as Duo being Death's unwitting avatar especially when Death isn't a fully personified idea.

Oh neato! I love Duo meeting his namesake; I've seen it done a couple times in GW fandom, but not this well done. I love the visceral feel of these two meeting. I can literally see the crater, Death bending over a shattered Duo, and his shadow following after Duo's recovery. Just gorgeous writing! Thanks for sharing this. :)
