Ok, so I've gotten in touch with the Department of Latin American & Caribbean Studies at Emory University, trying to see if they'd be interested in inviting Edel up for a visit to speak, engage in a dialogue, make a presentation, something of that nature

I don't have any suggestions per se, but I do have some questions that might help lead to some; probably some questions they'll ask and you'll have to answer.

What purpose would it serve to bring Edel here as opposed to someone who is maybe a professional speaker or holds a prominent place in Cuban Society? What about as opposed to someone who is from Cuba but who is already in the US? What would he speak about and how is it educationally relevant to the school?
