Murrr....Steven's been in the hospital since monday morning...He'd been sleeping since about 6 pm saturday night. After I left monday morning, he apparently couldn't breathe, and mom took him to the ER. He couldn't stand or speak and was incoherent. He's doing alot better now, but I think he came close to being in big trouble twice monday...I know

::hugs and repeats with you:: I know from watching my dad how badly it sucks to quit. But the other thing I learned from my dad is how much they can mess up more things than I'd ever guessed-- like, who would imagine that nicotine really does prohibit bone growth? ::shrugs:: I never figured that, even if smoking REALLY DID stunt your growth, it would make your bones not knit back together if they're broken.

Anyway. I'm sorry to hear about Steven, and glad he's doing better. And I'm proud of you for quitting now, because it's even more stressful to wait until it's forced upon you the way my dad has done this last year.

Meef... sounds rough, wish we could've talked about it last time... Call me tomorrow (Thurs.) before 4, if you manage to get this; normally I'd have had the day off, but they switched my Thursday for Monday, so I'll be at work after then... *hugs* And good to hear that you're working towards quitting!
