Luna the Loon looks very Loony
I felt motivated last week to draw a portrait of Luna, because I'd seen a really good one somewhere, and was in awe.
I ended up painting it in painter with "Artist's Oils" and found out that I am a spazz.

What did you make this on again? Her hair is textured super cool.

It covers all the major points.
I used Corel Painter Essentials 3.
I'm guessing any Painter version should work though.
Especially the newest and most expensive one... =D
