two years later I return

I recently realized I haven't used brushes in a big way any of my graphics in the last 2 years.

To remedy this I right away went overboard and downloaded 30 that I'll never use and 10 that I will.
Which is why I stopped using brushes all that time ago.

What brushes did you use? (I don't have any paint programs at the moment but I tend to find them fascinating)
I also hate the loss of definition with jpegs!

i got them from here, they were an assortment of grunge-y brushes.
*adds credit for brushes to entry as well*

yeah, jpegs are evil.
But, it's better than gifs (when it isn't a pixel).
