ahhh.  feel a little better.  talked to rich, turns out he pretty much knew that i would need more time away from work and we agreed on about 20 hours.

and then i saw my ladies for a few last night, and i'll hopefully get to go out for a bit tonight soooo that's good too.

that's the ugly person i never wanted to become.  i don't want to be that
