I dont wanna

Tomorrow I have a dentist appointment at 10:45 and I dont want to go. I am so afraid of dentists and then after that I have to go to work. They are going to do some x-rays and such and its looking like Im getting my wisdom teeth removed. They have been giving me headaches that pretty much blind me and I cannot function. So hopefully I can get this
