I just ran two miles and it did not feel good. It has been SOOOOOO long but I am committed to getting back into some kind of shape. Well six days and about 12 pounds later......I'm home. Yes I ate well in Iowa. I always do. Its hard not to when right when you get there Grandma shoves cookies and fudge in your face.
