My friend Tim and I decided to move out together, thinking it would be convenient for the both of us. We have been spending a crap load of time together, so I know he's someone I can live with without killing (we work, go to school, and hang out after work/before work together). The Cons seem to outweigh the pros quite a bit. I don't like the place and I've never even seen it hehe. I say keep looking. You can get something much better for the price I'm sure.
