Go on and just pray. :) Trust me. Trust God actually. I was feeling the same way as you a month or so ago. I read this good book called "God Is Closer Thank You Think," and it had a really good quote in it. It said "My desire for God ebbs & flows, but his desire for me is constant." So go ahead and pray. God won't hold it against you that you haven't been as connected with him as you could've been. I think he just appreciates you putting forth the effort at all. :)
