So... Normally I'm ambivalent towards the homeless. I don't treat them with any disdain or anything.  Some people can't help it, some take advantage of the lifestyle...  No, what turns my crank is when homeless bums start fucking with other people's property.

Today for example.  I work in a downtown area now, and I've been told that we get homeless

Call the cops. I know he's got problems, but at the same time he can't be doing that. Besides, it might lead him to getting help. It you got the recording he'll get picked up for public intoxication and whatever the charges are for pissing in public.

I'd be tempted to be waiting on the roof with a garbage bag-sized water balloon. Though if I could get away with it, some decorative metal stripping and a livestock fence charger.

Maybe he's just a chronic douchebag. I think in these situations it's socially acceptable for you to set these guys on fire.
