I noticed that Harry neglected to Reparo his wand before cracking the Elder Wand in half. Hey Potter, do you really want to use Draco's wand for the rest of your life?

Overall it was much better than the first half. I really think it could have been a three hour movie, just merge pt 1 & 2, and cut out the slow-as-molasses tent scenes from part 1. Then again, WB would have made only half the money.
