I'm loving this so far. Really liked the unique way you had Sam spring Dean from Purgatory.

Poor, malnourished and tortured Dean! It sucks that he's sick now on top of everything, but it makes sense. His system experienced quite a shock coming back to Earth. I'm of the mindset that nothing dies in Purgatory, they just suffer as much as possible. Now that Dean's back...he's susceptible to actually dying, which is frightening. Make him better, Sam!
