Halloween is on the 31th of October.
It has had a long tradition, but right now it's just the day, when people were creepy costumes. Children are wearing costumes like witches and those things and go from house to house saying "Trick or Treat" and the adults give them candy.
Adults dress up too, if they want to and yeah... the day for creepy things.
