           Yesterday, my senior recital was very enjoyable. Although I began the first half a bit shaky, whether it being stress, nerves, or indigestion, the rest of the recital went well. i'll give you a hint -

if you want to be in there, all you have to do is ask a teacher to nominate you or get your parents to ask your teacher to nominate you.

seems reasonable enough.

It does seem reasonable enough. But shouldn't this whole thing have to deal with achievements and students who *should* be recognized, etc etc? Asking to be nominated just seems a bit awkward in my opinion.

The people who were nominated should be *deserving* of it, I'm not trying to insult anyone, but we should have presented more of a mixed variety of students representing our school. There were a lot of kids who should have been in there, the Noelle types, the athletes, the drama folks, and the kids who do more than just study for school. Of course, a lot of the AP kids included.

Doesn't matter though, its a thing of the past and I'm sure its not worth arguing over. Still, congrats to all those who were in the senior thing, I wish the best for you.
