Sore Me!!!

I spent 9 hours yesterday painting at the Nursing Home yesterday. Up and down ladders, stretching to the ceiling and squating to the floor. I'm feeling muscles today that have been sleeping for way to long! I sat up in bed this morning and my back just starting laughing at me and said, "Go ahead, just try and get up!". It was for a good cause
