I had a terrible time in VCE, didn't particularly get into my Bach of Arts, Honours was too stressful to even mention and I've hated my Dip. Ed at Melb this year (that being said I brought most of it on myself by leaving everything to the last minute). So if I hate teaching next year I'm gonna pack it all in and live up a mountain, in a shack, and grow a really long beard, and scream at strangers who happen by.
I did ESL as one of my methods and am taking it overseas late next year to live and teach in different parts of the world starting in China. Teaching is definately a good option cuz you can take it overseas to travel and work. there's a fair bit of demand, i.e. in U.K.
