Dinner yesterday was puerco pibil with black beans and rice, with a chocolate mousse for dessert. The Pibil was good, but a little dry: my foil seal proved itself as effective a barrier as the Maginot Line. fotios said the puerco pibil was dry, so i added a little water in the tupperware when i reheated it and i thought it was fantastic

I'm glad you liked it; for some reason I thought it would be a bit too spicy for you. Have you tried the mousse?
