Because you're fuzzy?

To address the actual issues, though, I can think of several instances where I've proxied (or you have) and an ST has said to me privately "Lib! I love that bloodline, I think they're awesome, it's one of my favorites."

So, they aren't all unaware of how the powers work and stuff, it's just that you never hear from the good ones that do know.

I can just see it now ... our two characters sitting around, complaining that we can't master our bloodline powers.

That would be hilarious.

And yes, we do need to RP. :)

Jamie,
You also figured out that bloodline very quickly and squeezed as much cheese from it as you could, but your use is probably one that White Wolf intended, if not as powerful, so when presented as you have figured out to present it, the powers come off as either really broken canon (something the Cam MUST have nerfed) or as extremely cheesy custom (something VST->MST should have caught)...
But as a player of both the Invictus (we get cheap Mentor merit! and 95% of our covenant book has no use in LARP) and OD (Coils only make sense if DT stuff has teeth), I can feel for you on the 5th dot.

I challenge you in the worst bloodline ever campaign. I'm Nahualli, my bloodline power is nigh useless. Really. We don't even get a fifth level of the power. Useless!

I seem to remember that I found some cool uses for your power when I read your bloodline. But I will give you that they didn't print a 5th dot for your at all.

My 5th dot is actually cool ..... if your playing a tabletop game with time-jumping elders.

Remind me during night-time sometime and I'll see if I can squeeze some cheeze from your bloodline.
