Start coming up with your own fun and interesting nicknames for them. And call them that, all the time. The more they protest, the more the people around them will start doing it too. Then you totally get to turn the tables on them. :D

Managment IS these bozos. Like ~literally~.

I work for the University of Louisville (Kentucky), you know the people who voted in the Republican Senate Majority Leader - Mitch McConnell.

Although supposedly he's not ~quite~ as well liked anymore. His TV ads are about how much money he's swindled out of Congress to be spent on Kentucky. And no, I'm not joking, that's litterally his re-election platform ("I've gotten more money for Kentucky from the Government than anyone in history ... blah blah")

*sigh*

Oh, how sad for them that they are accepting Federal Grant Money and thus are held to the same standards as any other Federally-funded university.

Which means if they start telling racist jokes (especially Anti-semetic jokes) or making the atmosphere hostile to work in, you can file a lawsuit AND get them in trouble with the US Department of Labor. :)

I keep telling him that, and he keeps talking about how "the last person that did that got run off" etc.
