They're a good bunch, they've been my primary source of ink cartridges for years... 'Cept that I get my ink through work now instead.

Their story of how they started out is pretty interesting... Being monks, they got into using computers to communicate due to having taken vows of silence, and became pretty handy with computers as a result. And I guess they went through a lot of ink, so they got into the habit (pun intended) of buying discount ink from wholesalers at bulk rates, and decided to sell them at a fraction of the usual mark-up.
