I'm kind of weird in that I ended up losing tons of weight without trying to lose weight. I have however, been trying to improve my body machine, endurance balance rhythm flexibility. I've also made some diet alterations like no HFCS (or at least rarely), it's good to be hungry (but not fasting), and eating cheaply. The thing about eating cheap that is interesting is that if your main goal is fullness and calories you'll eat garbage but if your goal is strength and fitness, then I end up eating very well of small amounts. Giving a lot of thought to the nutritional content of each food element and what I eat it with. I don't know, I just don't like focusing on the scale for myself, it's too much worrying about how I look over how I feel. Exercising I feel strong and confident even if I have the same body as before.
