Congratulations
In the space of a commercial break, Obama is our next president.
History is made.
I'm watching Jesse Jackson crying.
The concession speech shows me a little of the guy that I liked in 2000 and not the guy from these last few months.

It's sad, really--as late as August, I told people that I wouldn't mind McCain as a president. That very quickly changed. And now I'm just very relieved.

Still crossing my fingers for Prop 8 out here, though. That's gonna be close.

I liked McCain in 2000, thought he would be a good moderate conservative President if he made it. Then in 2004, you could tell he compromised himself to get a better chance.
Then this past year... O_o What the hell happened?

Looking forward to the future now though.
