so, today at work, Sarah, my manager (who FINALLY returned yesterday from a week of being off ill- she has BIG kidney problems, poor lady) takes me aside for a brief chat, and says the following:

currently, im employed THROUGH Adecco, the temping agency, and they take commission off my wage, so i have the hours and workload of a full time staffer, but no perks.

if i go PROPER fulltime, ill get full pay, paid holiday and perks n stuff!
